Meetings (Repealed)

CHFA shall hold regular meetings monthly and may hold special meetings from time to
time. Notice of all meetings shall be filed in advance with the office of the secretary
of state as provided in section 1-21 of the General Statutes. All regular and special
meetings shall, except as the notice of a meeting states otherwise, be held at the
offices of CHFA. All regular and special meetings, except executive sessions, shall
be open to the public.
