Declaratory rulings (Repealed)

Requests for declaratory rulings should be submitted in writing to the executive director
at CHFA's offices. Any declaratory rulings shall be adopted by resolution at a regular
or special meeting. If CHFA fails to respond to such a request within sixty (60) days,
the request shall be deemed denied.
