Applications for a loan under this program shall be considered in order from (a) to
(c) as follows:
(a) Applications for loans to purchase dwellings impacted by condominium conversion;
(b) Applications for loans to purchase dwellings where the first mortgage is provided
by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and insured by the Federal Housing Administration;
and
(c) All other applications meeting the requirements of these regulations.
