Name of company providing insurance and policy number required

Each applicant for a new or the renewal of a motorcycle registration shall provide
on such application the name of the company providing the insurance coverage required
under Connecticut law and the number of the policy covering the motorcycle described
in such application or as otherwise provided for in these regulations.
