Defective casing (Repealed)
Cite as Conn. Agencies Regs. § 14-137-5
No casing with any of the following conditions shall be recapped or retreaded: (a)
Kinked, exposed or broken bead wires, (b) torn beads or torn chafer fabric; (c) tread
separation which could not or had not been removed by buffing; (d) ply separation.
