Discovery of original operator's license, commercial driver's license or identity card

card If a person, having obtained a duplicate operator's license, commercial driver's license or identity card, in accordance with sections 14-137-69 through 14-137-75, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, finds or otherwise comes into possession of the operator's license, commercial driver's license or identity card, that was alleged to be lost, stolen or destroyed, such person shall surrender such original operator's license, commercial driver's license or identity card, to the department within three (3) business days.
