Valid-without-photo operator's licenses (Repealed)

If a person who has been issued a temporary valid-without-photo operator's license
in accordance with section 14-36d (c) of the Connecticut General Statutes applies
for a license containing a computerized image, the applicant shall surrender the valid-without-photo
operator's license and shall present proof of identity.
