Maintenance of records

The Installer, manufacturer or manufacturer's representative shall keep a record of
the installation, inspection, maintenance, calibration and removal of each IID. The
record shall be maintained for a period of five (5) years, and shall be made available
for inspection by the department at any time upon twenty-four (24) hours notice.
