Suspension or revocation of installer

(a) A manufacturer shall suspend or revoke a person's or firm's authorization as an Installer
for any of the following reasons:
(1) The Installer failed to properly install, inspect, maintain, calibrate or remove an
IID;
(2) The Installer failed to make a required report to the commissioner in accordance with
sections 14-227a-11a to 14-227a-28a, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut
State Agencies;
(3) The Installer failed to make or maintain the records in accordance with sections 14-227a-11a
to 14-227a-28a, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies;
(4) The Installer tampered with the IID; or (5) Any other reasonable cause related to
the installation, inspection, maintenance, calibration or removal of an IID.
(b) The manufacturer shall notify the commissioner promptly in writing of any action taken
pursuant to subsection (a) of this section.
