Admissibility of police report at hearing

(a) The written report filed by the arresting officer shall be admissible into evidence
at the hearing if it conforms to the requirements of subsection (c) of Section 14-227b
of the General Statutes.
(b) The chemical test results in the form of the tapes from a breath analyzer or other
chemical testing device submitted contemporaneously with the written report shall
be admissible into evidence at the hearing if they conform to the requirements of
subsection (c) of Section 14-227b of the General Statutes.
