Notice of decision
Cite as Conn. Agencies Regs. § 14-227b-21
The decision of the hearing officer shall be in writing, and a copy of the decision
shall be sent to the person who requested the hearing by bulk certified mail not later
than thirty (30) days, or if a continuance is granted not later than forty-five (45)
days, after the person received notice of his arrest.
