Restoration fee. Removal of name from suspension files

(a) No restoration fee shall be required for the reinstatement of an operator's license or privilege in accordance with sections 14-227b-25 or 14-227b-26 of Connecticut General Statutes. (b) Any person whose operator's license is to be reinstated in accordance with sections 14-227b-25 or 14-227b-26 of the Connecticut General Statutes shall have his name removed from the suspension files of the department.
