In addition to publication of the adoption, amendment or repeal of regulations pursuant
to Public Act 854, Section 3, of the 1971 General Assembly, a compilation of all regulations,
policy statements, final orders, decisions and opinions is available for public inspection
at the State Traffic Commission office.
