(a) TWO WAY LEFT TURN ONLY signs shall be used where a lane in the center of a highway is reserved for the exclusive use of left-turning vehicles in either direction and is not used for overtaking. (b) Pavement markings shall be used in conjunction with these signs. Overhead mounted signs should be used, but a post-mounted sign may be used as an alternate to or a supplement to the overhead mounted sign.
