Application

Any municipality applying to participate in the municipal parking ticket program shall submit formal written request to the commissioner at 60 State Street, Wethers-field, CT 06161. This request shall be made by an official of the municipality. Once the Department of Motor Vehicles has determined that a municipality meets the eligibility criteria, the commissioner shall provide the applicant with written acknowledgement of its participation. Each participating municipality shall designate and provide to the commissioner the name of a contact person for the program, who shall be available during normal business hours.
