No motor vehicle junk yard licensee shall transfer to an intermediate processor and
no intermediate processor shall receive any motor vehicle junk from such licensee
unless the processor receives a copy of the record required to be kept by such licensee
pursuant to the provisions of section 14-67m of the General Statutes.
