Location of stored vehicles

Each salvage or scrap motor vehicle stored or deposited within a motor vehicle junkyard
shall be so located as to be within one hundred feet of an accessible roadway or driveway
with a minimum width of twelve feet, such driveway or roadway being connected to a
public road or highway.
