Preservation of records
Cite as Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-11-52
Unless otherwise specified by the commission, all such records shall be preserved
for the period of time specified in the latest edition of the national association
of railroad and utilities commissioner's publication, "Regulations to govern the preservation
of records of electric, gas and water utilities."
