Calendar of hearings

The executive secretary of the commission shall maintain a docket of all proceedings
of the commission. The executive secretary shall maintain a hearing calendar of all
proceedings that are to receive a hearing. Proceedings shall be placed on the hearing
calendar in the order in which the proceedings are listed on the docket of the commission,
unless otherwise ordered by the commissioners.
