Effect of filing
Cite as Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-1-7
The filing with the commission of any application, petition, complaint, request for
advisory ruling, or any other filing of any nature whatsoever shall not relieve any
person of the obligation to comply with any statute, regulation or order of the commissioners.
