Transfer, motor truck (Repealed)

Application for approval of sale and transfer of intrastate motor truck certificate
of public convenience and necessity under section 16-300 of chapter 285 of the general
statutes on form provided by commission. Special components required to be submitted
as part of application:
(a) Application fee of fifty ($50) dollars in cash, check, or post office money order
payable to the treasurer of the state of Connecticut.
(b) If proposed transferee is a corporation and does not hold intrastate authority to
operate as a motor carrier of property for hire, then attach a certified copy of transferee's
certificate of incorporation.
