Transfer, taxicab (Repealed)

Application for approval of sale and transfer of certificate of public convenience and necessity for taxicab operation under section 16-320 of chapter 287 of the general statutes on form provided by the commission. Special components required to be submitted as part of application: (a) Application fee of twenty-five ($25) dollars in cash, check, or post office money order payable to the treasurer of the state of Connecticut. (b) If proposed transferee is a corporation and does not hold authority to operate taxicab service, then attach a certified copy of proposed transferee's certificate of incorporation.
