Transfer, livery (Repealed)

Application for sale and transfer of permit for livery service operation under section
16-326 of chapter 288 of the general statutes on form provided by the commission.
Special components required to be submitted as part of application:
(a) Application fee of ten ($10) dollars in cash, check, or post office money order payable
to the treasurer of the state of Connecticut.
(b) If proposed transferee is a corporation and does not hold authority to operate livery
service, then attach a certified copy of proposed transferee's certificate of incorporation.
