The following procedures shall be followed for the standardization of traffic signal
installations, as an aid to the Traffic Division of the Connecticut Department of
Transportation ("DOT"), Towns, Cities, Boroughs, Fire Districts, Public Service Companies
and Municipalities in the State of Connecticut.
