Blow-down valves (Repealed)

Blow-down valves or pressure relieving devices shall be installed so that each section
of pipe line between valves can be blown down. Such devices shall not be installed
where the released gas pressure will present a hazard to nearby property or persons.
Manually operated blow-down valves shall not be operated at such times and in such
manner as to present a hazard to nearby property or persons.
