Right of occupancy of public service facilities

Prior to attachment of CATV equipment on facilities of public service companies or municipalities, contracts defining the rights of the parties with respect to the authority of the CATV certificate holder to occupy space on poles shall be filed with the commission. (See 1963 Supp. § 16-332.)
