R.C.S.A. § 16-50j-18
Grant of hearing

A hearing shall be held, where required by law, on all applications submitted pursuant
to Sections 16-50l to16-50q, inclusive, of the Connecticut General Statutes, upon appeal as provided
for in Section 16-50x(d) of the Connecticut General Statutes and on any petition for
a declaratory ruling that the Council orders to be set for specified proceedings pursuant
to Section 4-176 of the Connecticut General Statutes. In the event of a hazardous
waste facility proceeding, a hearing shall be held on all applications submitted pursuant
to Sections 22a-117 to 22a-122, inclusive, of the Connecticut General Statutes.
