Billing and payment procedures (Repealed)

(a) Hospitals shall bill the department for services rendered to SAGA members as described
in their provider agreement.
(b) Providers listed in section 17b-192-6(c)(18) of the Regulations of Connecticut State
Agencies shall submit their bills in accordance with their contract with the ASO.
The contract shall specify, at a minimum, the process for submitting claims, the process
for adjudicating claims and the time frames for adjudicating claims.
