Services not covered

The department shall not pay for the following psychological services: (a) information or services furnished by the psychologist to the client over the telephone; (b) all evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and therapy services performed in hospital inpatient or outpatient settings; (c) concurrent services involving similar treatment modalities for the same client by different health professionals; (d) cancelled office visits or for appointments not kept; and (e) psychological services which are primarily for vocational or educational guidance.
