Chronic and convalescent nursing homes and rest homes with nursing supervision with authorization to care for persons with manageable psychiatric conditions as determined by a board qualified or certified psychiatrist

Chronic and convalescent nursing homes licensed under section 19-13-D8 and rest homes
with nursing supervision licensed under section 19-13-D7 may be authorized to care
for persons with manageable psychiatric conditions as determined by a board qualified
or certified psychiatrist, provided they shall comply with the requirements of section
19-13-D13.
