Incidental damages.

(1) Inspection, receipt, transportation, care or custody of identified goods which are the subject of the default; (2) Stopping delivery or shipment; (3) Effecting cover, return or disposition of the goods; (4) Reasonable efforts otherwise to minimize or avoid the consequences of default; and (5) Effectuating other remedies after the default or otherwise dealing with the goods.
