Neighborhood revitalization zones: Establishment.

(b) Public buildings in the municipality shall be available for neighborhood groups to meet for neighborhood revitalization purposes as determined by the chief executive official. (c) As used in this section “deteriorated property” means property in serious noncompliance with state and local health and safety codes and regulations.
