Priority ranking for certified clean marinas.

(b) An eligible project proposed by a certified clean marina shall receive priority ranking for grants-in-aid awarded pursuant to section 13b-55a or 13b-57 and shall qualify for an additional grant under either of said sections in an amount equal to ten per cent of the costs of the project. (c) A certified clean marina shall remain eligible for priority ranking pursuant to subsection (b) of this section for up to five years after July 1, 2013, or the date of such marina's most recent certification, whichever is later.
