(b) For the purposes of this section: (1) “Post-conviction justice system custody” means physical or legal custody or control of a child in a facility or program run by or contracted with the Department of Correction, or the Court Support Services Division of the Judicial Branch, pursuant to an adjudication or conviction for a delinquent act or criminal offense; and (2) “Child” means child, as defined in section 10-253 .
