Sec. 15-104. Report of accident.

(b) The report, the form of which shall be prescribed by the executive director, shall include information to enable the executive director to determine whether the requirements for the deposit of security under section 15-105 are inapplicable by reason of the existence of insurance or other exceptions specified in this chapter. The executive director may rely upon the accuracy of the information until he or she has reason to believe that the information is erroneous. (c) The operator and the owner shall furnish such additional information as the executive director may require. See Sec. 15-71a re reporting of accidents involving aircraft. See Sec. 15-115 re penalty for failure to make report or for false statement or misrepresentation in report.
