Transporting vessel or trailer without inspecting for and properly removing and disposing of vegetation and aquatic invasive species. Penalty.

(b) Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for each such violation. See Sec. 15-140e re courses in safe boating operation to include instruction in the proper inspection of vessels and trailers for vegetation, and the proper disposal of such vegetation.
