(b) Each owner or operator shall submit to the department, within twenty days after the date of sealing, a report in writing for each room showing the room number, date of sealing and number of bushels contained therein. (c) Any mechanical breakdown which changes the atmospheric conditions in the room shall be reported to the Commissioner of Agriculture immediately.
