(b) (1) Expenditure of funds under the Bankhead-Jones Act, Title II, Section 21 and Section 22, shall be under the control of The University of Connecticut. (2) Any funds under “Amendment of the Bankhead-Jones Act and the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946”, Title I, Section 10, and Title II, Section 204, shall not be included.
