Weighing or gaging to be by licensed weigher or gager.

(b) Each licensed weigher or gager shall have his license in his possession, or available for inspection, during working hours. (c) The Commissioner of Agriculture may revoke any such weigher's license or gager's license for just cause. Each such license which has been revoked shall be returned to the commissioner.
