(b) Warning labels affixed to unvented kerosene burning heaters shall state that consumers shall burn only kerosene labeled 1-K in accordance with the standards of the American Society for Testing Materials in such heaters. (c) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection may adopt regulations in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 requiring the inclusion of additional warnings or information in brochures or other written material accompanying such heaters.
