Sec. 12-3b. Abatement Review Committee.

(b) An itemized statement of all abatements approved under this section shall be available to the public for inspection by any person. (c) The Abatement Review Committee, established pursuant to subsection (a) of this section, may adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, establishing guidelines for the abatement of any tax.
