3424. HAZARDOUS WEATHER CONDITIONS

3424 HAZARDOUS WEATHER CONDITIONS When necessary, the Commission may close due to hazardous weather conditions. The Executive Director may close the Commission for operations when weather conditions impede safe travel to work. The Commission Personnel Procedures Manual shall describe the process for notifying employees of work schedules under hazardous conditions.
