3523 COUNCIL OF CHAIRPERSONS: CONFLICT OF INTEREST 3523.1 It shall be a breach of ethical standards for any Council of Chairpersons officer to participate, indirectly or directly, in activities where the officer knows that the activity would lead to financial gain for himself or herself or any member of his or her family.
