4330 DEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACTS 4330.1 The CCO may use a definite quantity contract that provides for delivery of a specified quantity of supplies or services either at specified times or when ordered. Quantities ordered under a definite quantity contract shall be limited to the quantity stated in the contract, unless the contract contains an increased quantity option.
