4348. ARCHITECT-ENGINEER SELECTION

4348 ARCHITECT-ENGINEER SELECTION 4348.1 The CCO, with the advice of the appropriate technical and staff representatives, will make the final selection. 4348.2 The final selection shall be a listing, in order of preference, of the firms considered most highly qualified to perform the work. 4348.3 The CCO shall document the contract file with a written explanation of the reasons for the selection.
