909 ORDER AND CONDUCT OF BUSINESS 909.1 In conducting its business the Board shall follow the latest edition of Robert’s Rules of Order in matters not covered by these rules. 909.2 The Chair of the Board may appoint a Parliamentarian on the basis of pertinent experience and other qualifications. The Parliamentarian shall serve at the Chair’s pleasure. 909.3 At the beginning of each Board meeting, the roll will be called to establish a quorum and an agenda will be presented for adoption by the Board. A portion of the meeting shall be reserved for comments from the public.
