2925 RENTAL HOUSING CASES – CALCULATING DEADLINES 2925.1 Section 2813 shall govern the calculation of deadlines. For rent stabilization cases, the timeliness of any appeal to the Commission shall be governed by the Commission Rules in 14 DCMR § 3802.
