2955 PUBLIC SECTOR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION — HEARINGS 2955.1 The rules for hearings and evidence set forth in § 2823 shall apply to Public Sector Workers’ Compensation hearings except as modified in this Section. 2955.2 All hearings shall be recorded. Any party may obtain a copy of the recording in accordance with § 2828.2. Except where OAH is required by law to prepare a transcript, parties who want written transcripts shall prepare them at their own expense in accordance with § 2828.3. 2955.3 The party with the ultimate burden of proof ordinarily shall go first, but the presiding Administrative Law Judge may change the order of presentation to accommodate the availability of witnesses or the needs of the parties.
