4000. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4000 GENERAL PROVISIONS 4000.1 The purpose of this chapter is to: Establish the Out of School Time Grant Program (“OST Grant Program”) within the Office of Out of School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes (“OST Office”); Establish the process for awarding competitive grants through the OST Grant Program; Establish the process for awarding non-competitive grants through the OST Grant Program; and Set forth the authority of the OST Office to monitor compliance with and enforce this chapter. 4000.2 The OST Office may publish policies, procedures, or guidance related to the OST Grant Program to supplement this chapter. 4000.3 The OST Office does not accept unsolicited grant applications.
