5101 REVIEW OF RULEMAKING PETITION 5101.1 Not later than sixty (60) days after receipt of a rulemaking petition, OAG shall: (a) Deny the petition in a writing, state its reasons for the denial, and notify the petitioner of the denial at the mailing address provided in the petition; or (b) Initiate rulemaking to promulgate, amend, or repeal a rule consistent with the petition.
